Chili's Querétaro Antea

Unfortunately, the staff isn't well trained, and the service is almost non-existent. I was ignored and basically abandoned after I received my order, and one of my drinks never came. Was never asked if I needed anything, was never asked if the food was OK or if I needed anything else, never thanked for my visit. I've been here 4 or 5 times, and every time I visit I regret giving this location another chance. The food was barely passable.

Not impressed with service here, I had to go inside to look for the waiter, then had to ask twice for sauce. Laid back is a good description. I won't be going back.

I loved the Margaritas but the service was average. Not good.

Food is good but more excited doe the level of service and detail. Needs ac options

Food quality was business as usual. I was there at a not too crowded time, and still the beverages took long for being delivered (probably because those were non-alcoholic drinks with refill). A weird things is the way they organise music: they play it loud for a while and then they mute it and Italianni's start playing theirs.
